First my old friend Donnie Damuth [formerly of NoRTH and Trento] has opened George’s on the Town just off I 35 at 708 S. IH 35. Donnie is an experienced and talented restaurateur and he’s put it all together at George’s. I love the Asian-Fire Shrimp and the Won Ton Poppers. The Flat Iron Pork must be tried.

I also recommend Milano Trattoria, EXPERTLY helmed by veteran chef Johnny Braga. The Gnocchi is a delight and the Veal Porcini will make you a believer. 1015 W, University Avenue. This guy has cooked for celebs all over the world. Now you can be the next celeb.
