Smoke’n Hops Opens on 290 Near Dripping Springs

Smoke’n Hops, which will offer up lots of artisan cue and 23 craft beers will make its debut Thursday, August 8th, at the site of the former Canyon Grill and Icehouse next to Bordeaux’s on 290 about three miles north of Dripping Springs. The pit master Rick Day is well schooled in the art of BBQ, and the entire team appears to be dedicated to making this place a fixture in the far south culinary scene.

Besides, the Salt Lick could use a bit of competition anyway, right?
