Fore in Lakeway Updates Menu Under New Chef

New Chef Robert Snow will roll out updated lunch and dinner menus at Fore in Lakeway beginning February 20th.

Snow, whose credits include Fix at Bellagio in Las Vegas, Fleming’s and most recently Judge’s Hill in Austin, has his eye on some new dishes that have got my attention.

How about hand-cut steaks, from an 8oz petite Filet to a 34oz Tomahawk Ribeye, an Andouille Crusted Redfish with Dirty Risotto, and Venison and Wild Boar Corndogs with Jumiper mustard. Sound interesting. A lot of customer favorites will also remain on the menu.
