Craving Chilaquiles? Austin Java on 290W Has the Answer

I love Chilaquiles.

I first tried this dish at Beau Theriot’s place in Acapulco several years ago. I’ve tried them at Kerbey Lance since then, but no fireworks until I tried these at Austin Java on 290W in Dripping Springs.

They don’t overload this dish with tomatillos and the flavor is subsequently a bit more mellow and satisfying. I would recommend these with breakfast sausage instead of the pulled pork they serve. Yum!
