Chinatown Thai Pepper Basil Shrimp

As Christmas approaches, even in this time of COVID-19, people are still thinking of a nice, safe place to dine. So go see my friend Ronald Cheng at Chinatown. No turkey and stuffing perhaps, but the best Chinese food in the city and they are open Christmas day!

Start with some crab Rangoon, pork potstickers (dumplings), won ton soup, calamari (as only Ronald can make it), the Taiwanese hot and our soup, the amazing duck on Chinese pancakes, and the salt and pepper silken tofu.

Then move on to the incredible and classic honey pepper beef, the Thai pepper basil shrimp (my favorite), the shrimp lo mein, the delightful salt and pepper shrimp and the always irresistible sesame chicken.

So no turkey? No problem.

This will be the best Christmas Dinner you’d had in ages. The restaurant is uber clean, socially distanced, and comfortable. So plan ahead and enjoy!
