Tillie's at Camp Lucy

Tillie’s owner Whit Hanks has traveled the world collecting religious relics and beautiful statues. How appropriate that they frame the wonderful dishes at Tillie’s that constitute one of the Hill Country’s best brunches.

Chef Brandon Martin‘s brunch unfolds one delicious dish at a time beginning with a classic French Toast (below) and followed by a confit of brisket enhanced by eggs and hollandaise for a tasty Benedict. Blueberry muffins with sweet butter are also served with a stunning fried chicken with Fresno Chiles and Green Curry Rice Bowl. If you still have room there’s Steel Cut Oatmeal that makes its own statement.

Best of all, if a particular dish resonates with you, just order it again. At no cost. And no, I’m not kidding!

There’s no question at all about why you should take the scenic trip to Camp Lucy and avail yourself of the remarkable food and decor at Tillie’s!
