a restaurant that takes it name from the picturesque town located in
the heart of Italy's Tuscan region.
The cuisine of this
particular region with its emphasis on grilled seafood, wild game and
roasted potatoes is close to the heart of many Texans. Not only does
Siena capture the true flavors of the Tuscan hill country but also the
atmosphere.
Siena is the product
of a long time dream of Stan Adams to bring to Austin an authentic Italian
dining experience. Stan, a well-known restaurateur, has enlisted the
help of his friends Jay Knepp, Harvey Harris, Brad Yerkes and Chris
Champion to fulfill his dream. Jay's extensive wine knowledge compliments
the traditional Tuscan cuisine of Harvey and Brad. Harvey is a graduate
of the Italian Culinary Institute in Piedmont, Italy and has spent time
cooking in restaurants in the Tuscan region of Italy. Brad is a graduate
of the Culinary Institute of America and has spent time in Italy as
well. So please come join us and take a vacation in Italy, without leaving
Austin.
