On March 24 th , 2004, enjoy an elegant evening of fine wine and exceptional food at Roy's Fall Creek Wine Dinner featuring Executive Chef/Partner Bill Treviño and winemaker Chad Auler from Fall Creek Vineyards. This unique dinner will consist of four courses, each paired with Texas wines from Fall Creek Vineyards for $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

A native Texan, Chef Bill Treviño has expanded his culinary knowledge by working in many locations such as Baltimore, Denver and even Hawaii, working his way up from a vegetable cook to saucier under Roy Yamaguchi. He has now settled in Texas as Executive Chef/Partner with Roy's Austin. Chef Bill Treviño creates menus daily utilizing the freshest of local ingredients, European sauces, bold Asian spices with a focus on fresh seafood in the Hawaiian Fusion Style.

Texas businessman-rancher Ed Auler and his wife Susan established Fall Creek Vineyards in 1975. The Vineyard is located 80 miles northwest of Austin in the Texas Hill Country where the sandy loam soil; the warm, sunny days and cool breezes off lake Buchanan provide an excellent microclimate for growing premium wine grapes. Fall Creek Vineyards continues to be a leader in the world wine industry, and its wines have received over 500 awards in state, national and international competitions.
