Spinach Salad- Baby Spinach Tossed with a Walnut Vinaigrette and topped with Fresh Pear Slices, Gorgonzola, and Candied Walnuts.

Seafood Puttanesca- Pan Sautéed Gulf Shrimp and Sea Scallops Tossed In a Harlot Style Sauce. A Spicy Tomato Sauce With Kalamata Olives, Capers, and a Pinch of Red Pepper.
