One of our city’s best chefs, Jim Tripi, is back after a three-year stint in Montana, to open Eberly on S. Lamar for the former owners of Stubbs.
This restaurant, thanks to the talents of design guru Micki Spencer, is going to be drop dead gorgeous. Tripi’s wife Maria is also along with his chef de cuisine, Caesar from the former Fork and Vine. The cuisine will be eclectic with a nod to New American.
Tripi is well known to Austin foodies because of his amazing work at Rojo Red at the 11th St Marriott and to members of Spanish Oaks Country Club for the menu he introduced there.
He also makes the best Cornbread I’ve ever tasted. Looking forward to this one!
