Now, he’s at it again and has changed the South Congress Zen into the Lucky Robot. Customers will have a more full-service experience with wait people actually bringing food to the tables. The patrons will order via a high-tech system resembling an iPad. And Adam promises that the fish will be very fresh, the maki will be spot-on, and other more classic Japanese dishes will be available.
